Nothing gives me greater pleasure than sharing musical moments with you. Since my youth, I’ve appreciated the opportunity to pursue artistic excellence as a composer, performer, teacher and recording artist.
From the time of my scholarship studies at the Juilliard School and subsequent Grammy nomination as Best New Classical Artist, it became clear to me that I could compete on the world stage. Fortunately, through years of perseverance and generous support, I’ve managed six CD releases, performed throughout the world, composed custom music for movies, radio and television, and nurtured talented students for placement into the nation’s most reputable music conservatories.
Ironically, times have not changed since the days of Mozart. It is difficult for an artist to survive and simultaneously pursue his or her creative nature, particularly being that record labels are no longer dedicated to developing and promoting artists. In the tradition of the great masters, artistic endeavors have endured due to the generous support of compassionate patrons.
I would like to offer you an opportunity to participate as a patron to the production of my next recording. Your involvement in its funding would assure its artistic integrity and enable me to control other important facets of the production such as recording costs, packaging, marketing and promotion. Specifically, this new CD will be a holiday recording consisting of popular selections from Bach and Pachelbel, traditional hymns and my finest original compositions to date. The arrangements of the music are cutting edge yet tasteful and elegant with lush vocals and exotic percussion stylings.
Reputable producer Steve Chapin (brother of the late Harry Chapin of “Cats In The Cradle” fame) is enthusiastically committed to producing this project for a fraction of his normal compensation. I’m prepared to dedicate $20,000 of my personal assets, including Mr. Chapin’s $10,000 producer’s fee in order to finance this recording.
In addition to support from renown instrument manufacturers whose products I endorse, my outstanding band is poised to tour in support of the CD. I’ve also assembled an exceptional creative team including Peabody Award winner, Max Horowitz of Crossover Media, who’ll work radio promotions. Team member profiles can be observed on the ‘Rhythm & News’ page. Due to the close relationships I’ve forged with the aforementioned, the stage is set for a promising musical venture. However, the cost to produce and manufacture such a project is expensive. Through the years, I have invested over $157,000 in order to develop my own recording studio and record label. My ongoing commitment, coupled with Mr. Chapin’s generosity and sweat equity, will make it feasible to produce our holiday recording at a total cost of $78,500.
